R/O BAKER'S CYST: Your SX are suggestive of a bakers cyst that may be leaking or potentially ruptured. You need to be examined and have an US or potentially MRI performed On the affected knee and calf. Seek prompt medical attention. Also ortho consult for steroid injection vs arthroscopic removal

Meniscus: If you have a bakers cyst, it is usually associated with some internal derangement if the knee such as a meniscal tear. I would not hesitate to be seen, an MRI may aid in the diagnosis.
