Go to the ER: Right lower abdominal pain with nausea/vomiting and diarrhea could be a sign of appendicitis or in a female an ovarian cyst, ovarian torsion or a tubal abscess. All of these things except for the cyst can be life threatening. You will need a thorough physical exam and imaging of your belly (CT scan or ultrasound) to determine what is happening. Please go to the nearest ER.
