Neck pain treatment: Chiropractic treatment is an option for treating neck pain depending on the cause. Most neck pain is musculoskeletal (coming from the muscles). If you are not getting benefit from the chiropractor after 4-6 weeks you should see your primary care doctor for an evaluation. If you have weakness, severe radiating pain or sensory loss you should contact your doctor immediately.
