Lipoma: This could be a few things, most likely it is a benign fatty lump called a lipoma, but it could also be a sebaceous cyst. Rare, but it could be a malignancy like a lymphoma. If it's not growing and is not painful (and is not new) you should bring it up at your next doctors visit.
