Allergic?: Hives are not always allergic. In this case if they are allergic, they may have been triggered by the condom or lubricant used. People with latex allergy can have hives with latex condoms.

Unclear: but the hives were likely from allergy to semen which is not specific for an individual. As for the boils, if you find pus in them, then they are likely infections such as impetigo. Consult an allergist about your allergy to seminal fluid and your doctor for the "boils". In the meanwhile, make sure that your BF is not a staph carrier and you can't abstain from sex now, condom is mandatory.
