Lumbago: You better make sure that the pain isn't being caused by an infection of some type (like urinary, ascending ureter or endometrial). When people get chills during an infection it indicates that bacteria may be entering the blood system. This is not to say that very sharp lancing pain can not cause chills..it may..but lets make sure nothing else is going on!
