Could be salivary: There are numerous minor salivary glands in the floor of mouth which can sometimes show as little clear bumps or blisters. What concerns me more is the yellow tint in the eyes which could indicate jaundice caused by liver disease. Liver disease can also cause fluid to accumulate in the abdomen, ascites, which will cause weight gain. Seek medical care soon.
