Enema: An over the counter enema with electrolytes (i.e Fleet's) would be safest way to clean yourself. A syringe would probably not give you enough volume to clear residual stool from the rectum. Of course, understand that enemas are not required for your health but are relatively safe to use to increase your and your partner's enjoyment of sex. Also, take good care of yourself and practice safe sex.
