Meds cause ear ring: Usually i find ringing in the ears is caused from certain medications. Make sure you tell your physician all medications you are taking or your medication history. Also there are vitamins you can take that can help such as lipoflavoniods.

No it's not: That is probably from the powerful syringe that you used, tissues got irritated, have it checked by an ENT doctor if it did not go away..
