Otitis externa: You likely have a cerumen impaction that then turned into otitis externa following incomplete lavage of your ears. You can use OTC astringent products such Domeboro, but given the pain you are in, I suggest seeing an ENT for careful microscopic ear canal clearing and full exam. You will likely need to start on antibiotic ear drops immediately and may need a wick if there is significant canal edema
