Hypothyroidism in adolescent affected growth and left untreated till 21yo,is it possible to make growth back to normal ?

Many factors: Many factors are involved--genetics, length of time without treatment for low thyroid. Has puberty completed and have bony growth centers closed? Please see your doctor and have a bone age x-ray done. Also check to make sure patient is on sufficient thyroid hormone. Good luck.
