Of concern: Your symptoms are of concern for at least 2 conditions: diabetes insipidus and psychogenic polydipsia that may worsen your Hypokalemic periodic paralysis and hypoglycemia. Definitely worth a visit with your primary care provider for further blood and urine studies and review of your meds. How is your sugar running?
