Yes, but small: Twins occur when a woman ovulates 2 eggs (fraternal) or 1 embryo splits into two pregnancies (identical). Fraternal twins can run in a family but identical twins do not. Both are uncommon naturally but occur commonly with fertility treatments. Singleton pregnancies are the healthiest and safest. I suspect that you really want 2 healthy children. Best wishes
