No worries: No worries. You are very early in the pregnancy. More than likely, it will resolve by 28th week ultrasound. You cannot do anything to help in that migration.

Wait till 28 weeks: Whether the placenta will obstruct the internal opening of the neck (cervix) of the uterus can best be determined after 28 weeks of gestation. By then, most "low lying" placentas have resolved on their own. In the meantime, caution with intercourse may be prudent to avoid anxiety and stressfrom vaginal bleeding.
