No: Please don't do harm to her.It is an old myth that babies need water and many in that generation fall prey to all the old wives tales. I think it persists because no kid is harmed, and she wants the joy at watching baby drink for her.Set your ground rules for her to have access to baby and toss her out if she doesn't agree.
