Food poisoning ?: There are several things a 5 year old with these symptoms could have - food poisoning, viral gastroenteritis, hiatal hernia, other intestinal hernias, infection, inflammatory bowel disease, bacterial illness, the list goes on. Go to your pediatrician and get a checkup to see what could be the problem
