Depends: Depending on your age, duration, extent of disease process......Joints affected- nsaid, tylanol, steroid pill/ injection, methotrexate, colchicin, allopurinol, joint replacement, wt. Reduction, physical therapy, newer biologic agents...Anbrel, ant , calcium, vit d, splints, avoiding over use.....Are the ways.
