I'm on meloxacam for arthritis in my knee also have arthritis in shoulder and elbow is there any stronger medication i can take i still have pain?

Let me help you: 15 mg or 7.5 mg if 15 you could change to 7.5 twice a day. You could change it to something stronger like (celebrex). Another thing you could do to add pain killer to the medication like tylenol (acetaminophen) extra strength 2 tabs twice a day. Good luck.

Ultram: Ask your doctor if you have no contraindications to being placed on ultram/ultracet in conjunction with the meloxicam. Ultram is a mild opioid that is fairly tolerated by most patients and is used for moderate pain good luck.
