I have a small closed lower medial maleolar fracture with no surgical intervention needed. ive had an aircast and crutches 3 wks do i still need crutc?

Probably: If it is truly an acute fracture if the medial malleolus, it will typically take 6-8 weeks to heal during which time you will need to be non weight bearing. The main exception to this is when we see a very minimal avulsion fracture that can be progressed sooner. Discuss with your doctor, follow up X-rays helpful.
