Clean face: Wash your face twice a day with warm water and mild soap. Avoid scrubbing your face hard with a washcloth. If you have acne use an over the counter medication like benzoyl peroxide. Use a moisturizer if skin is dry. Don't use hair products as they can get on your face and block your pores. Avoid greasy and fast foods. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Exercise every day.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
