How good is ivf, and is ivf a safe procedure in order to have a baby?

Safe and effective: Ivf is effective but the chances depend on a number of factors including age, diagnosis and clinic. It works well in 25 year olds and poorly in 45 year olds. Like any medical procedure there are risks to the patient and probably the baby as well. Your doctor will go over these in detail.
