A member asked:

After all test taken for epiditimitis and came up negative , and a prostate exam negative. why is my epiditimitis still sensitive?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Epididymus: The epididymus doesn't like to be messed with in any manner and it is not at all unusual for it to be chronically tender even in the absence of inflammation and infection.I have seen patients whose epididymus has remained tender for years. Your urologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you, however.
