Hard to guess: Derm answers start with timing &appearance of the rash. Tiny red dots appearing suddenly on face of 22yo healthy girl: yes, acne flare; cycle? but maybe bites? Viral rash? Does it itch? Contact allergy from product or irritant rash from soap usually more spread out. Concierge consult?
