PID?: These symptoms require immediate medical attention. Assuming you are sexually active, it is likely you have pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), i.e. fallopian tube infection -- the most common complication of chlamydia or gonorrhea. There is risk of permanent infertility. Get seen immediately, even if it means (with the weekend upon us) a trip to an emergency room. Good luck.
