Red urethera: it is always a littlel pink, if the color has deepened, may be a vaginitis,. is there itching? Any abnormal sensation? Other bugs that can cause vaginitis asymptomaticlal;y at times can be mycoplasma, ureoplasma- BV usually has an odor and tric, yeast cause itching, chlamydia can be asymptomatic. Would also get a urine and check for asymtomatic bacturia. f/u with doctor/urgent care
