Possible infection.: Vaginal discharges which smell bad and are yellow, could be due to an infection. Which one is hard to say. If you have had unprotected sex with a partner who you have not known for a while, the possible causes increase and include sexually transmitted diseases. You need to get seen to find out what is causing this, and to get the proper treatment. If you have fever or abdominal pain, go to ER.

Vaginits: You sound like you may have vaginal infection from may be trichomonas or other bacterial infection. Have it checked out by your Gyn and it could be treated.
