What is a a detailed description of the pain of stomach cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: Gastric (stomach) cancer is uncommon in the us. Pain is not a common finding from gastric cancer unless it is advanced. Spreading gastric cancer can cause a severe boring pain through the upper abdomen & into the back, nausea, inability to eat much, weight loss, sometimes vomiting frequently. This is only general information & you would need to see a doctor for an evaluation.
