Normal: Your uterine measurements of 7.8x3.1x3.5 cm. are completely normal as is an anteflexed or tilted forward uterus. None of this suggests problems in the future. We do not usually measure ovarian stroma. It is normal to measure the ovarian size and comment on the presence of follicles. The stroma is like the cake in a blueberry muffin and it's hard to measure that without taking out the blueberries.
