Chest pain: There are a lot of reasons that you can be having chest pain. You need to see a doctor to have them determine if this is related to possibly your stomach or possibly your blood pressure. Weight loss and cough should be evaluated.

Chest X-Ray. : People your age (38) do get lung cancer, although it is unusual. But your symptoms are concerning for other things, including pneumonia or infection. With sudden weight loss, cough, and upper back pain, you need to see a doctor for an examination. Soon. Your doctor will probably order a chest X-ray. Don't let fear of cancer keep you from going in! Let us know what your doctor says. Feel better!
