Extremely unlikely: Although I am not familiar with deep tissue massage, unless the kidneys are subject to severe blunt force trauma (automobile accident, gun shot wound, etc), they are extremely unlikely to be injured. Although we often say "never say never" in medicine, I have yet to see someone who had kidney injury as result of a deep tissue massage. Hope this helps.
