A seroma was found during an abdominal ultrasound. would increasing pain and pressure indicate growth of seroma or emptying of serous fluid?

Can't tell: There's too many variables to make the call. If it is related to a hernia repair, it would typically indicate growth of the seroma. You can always ask the provider that ordered the ultrasound tonfond out. Hope this helps!
