Bleeding vulva: It is nearly impossible to tell you with near certainty what this could be. I recommend that you go to a local clinic and have it looked at. I would also advise that you do not have sex (if you are sexually active) until it is looked at. If it is an STD lesion, you can pass it to your partner.
