My daughter covered her legs in sand . she now has small nodule clusters of three on her foot , one on her ankle and arm and in pain what to do?

Bug bites: Child playing and covering her foot with sand or dirt could have skin lesions due to bugs, ants or insect bite . Clean the skin well with water. If the rash spreading or child has other symtoms especially fever call doctor office or to Emergency Room. Good luck!!!

Monitor: Playing in the sand that may have sand fleas, insects, or other irritants can lead to the skin issues. Soapy water to clean them. OTC benedryl if itching or rash worsens. If no improvement seek local Dr. for evaluation
