IMMEDIATE evaluation: Headache after 20 weeks of pregnancy is concerning for preeclampsia, which MUST be treated to avoid serious complications to both mother and child. Other possibilities include migraine which, being present for 3 days, needs evaluation and treatment to avoid complications. Either way, immediate evaluation by an obstetrician, primary care physician, or in emergency room is extremely important.
