See your doctor: Headaches are fairly common in pregnancy but can be a symptom of more serious problems such as preeclampsia. Especially in cases of multiple gestation, you need to contact your doctor. Depending upon how far along you are in your pregnancy, you may need more than just Tylenol (acetaminophen). Best wishes.
