Susceptibility: This means that the bacterium are sensitive to ciprofloxacin. Sensitive means the bugs will be easily killed. The latter means the microbe is resistant to gentamicin.

MIC: It basically means the bacteria isolate they are testing shows susceptibility to ciprofloxacin at concerntration of 0.5 mcg/ml (units might differ from country to country). And the S means this bacterial isolate is therefore "sensitive" or "susceptible" to ciprofloxacin. For gentamicin, it's reversed. The bacterial isolate can still grow at upto 8 mcg/ml for gentamicin so its "R" for resistant.
