Small stroke: The radiologist feels that an area of the brain on the right side (deeper layers) may've suffered a small stroke of the "lacunar" type. If you have recently suffered any sudden weakness on the left side of your body (arm and leg) then, this could be the MRI finding. If not, then, it could just be artifactual as well (meaning not important). Why did they get the scan in the first place of your head
