TB: The first thing that needs to be done is to make sure the doctors have a good sensitivity profile on the tubercal bacilli. Rates of drug resistance is high, especially in your area. The second thing to keep in mind is TB is a very very slow growing organism. Because of this...it takes much longer to cure by conventional means.
