Yes you can: Nothing about the presence of a pacemaker should, by itself, exclude you from being a blood donor. Most blood banks will exclude people who have hepatitis, or risk factors for HIV. volunteer blood donor such as yourself are always needed, and you will answer a series of questions when you show up to donate blood that will determined whether you are eligible.
