A doctor has provided 1 answer

Orthostatic hypotens: When you stand blood pools in your legs, away from your brain, and causes this. Normally our bodies compensate and we don't have symptoms. BUT if you are dehydrated you can't compensate + BP drops (called Orthostatic hypotension) Also, if you are very tall and thin you could be more prone to this. A condition called POTS also can do this. Drink more water and electrolytes. It is not serious or bad
