I have a vein in my nose that occasionally swells up and hurts. it never bleeds just hurts, what is it and how can i treat it?

Vein in nose?: When you say "vein in my nose," I assume you mean INSIDE your nose, like inside your nostril. This should be managed by an otolaryngologist (or Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor). They can remove or cauterize it so it won't bother you. If it is a vein ON your nose (like on the skin of your nose), it would be handled by a dermatologist. Make an appointment with the appropriate specialist and treat it.
