Depends: The treatment depends on the cause for the nosebleeds. Most are from the nasal septum which gets dried up in hot and dry weather. In such case nasal saline spray or gel 2-4 x daily on the septum may help. If the problem persists, your doc can cauterize the bleeding points. If you have a blood disorder (coagulation disorder), then the solution would be more complex. Avoid aspirin for now.
