Here are some ...: How were you told to have kidney/ladder infection? By symptoms + urinalysis or by urinalysis alone without symptoms? If by the former one, did you have fever + backache on one side? If no, you probably just have common UTI in bladder. If by the latter one, you need to repeat urinalysis with a properly collected urine specimen with no contamination before stating you got UTI. More? Ask Doc timely..
