Consult a urologist: Problem should be worked up. Need to rule out an anatomic problem. Cranberry juice or tabs. Reduce bacterial adherence to bladder wall. Basic preventatives: urinate after sex, treat or avoid constipation, wear cotton underwear & no thongs, keep well hydrated & avoid delaying urination., separate thighs widely with urination & consult a dr.
