Good bladder hygiene: Women are very prone to bladder infections if they are not strict with their hygiene. Follow these guidelines and it should help decrease & hopefully eliminate . bladder infections: 1) drink plenty of plain water ( 2 qts) daily 2) limit sodas to two 12 oz drinks per day 3) make sure that you are wiping front to back when wiping after urinating 4) wear cotton panties instead of synthetic underwear

Bladder Infections: Recurrent bladder infections may be the result of anatomical variations in the urinary tract. May result after intercourse and sometimes may be related to sugar in the urine as may be seen in diabetes or even kidney stones. Talk to your doctor about why you may be having recurrent infections and may benefit from consultation with a urologist.
