Its quite possible: There are many causes of infertility. For example a women can be infertile due to a problem with her fallopian tubes. She can ovulate normally but the egg can't travel from the ovary to the uterus. She will ovulate normally and have all the associated symptoms but is infertile. Anovulation is only one of many causes of infertiltiy. Best wishes!
