Complicated: If you had a positive ovulation test mid-cycle, then you are ovulating, or releasing an egg. However there are many factors to fertility. Your fallopian tubes must be open, or patent, to allow the egg to be fertilized and to make it to the uterus. You also need the right or one levels and uterine environment. But it's a good start.
