Ulnar wrist pain: has many causes. The TFCC is a thick ligament and cartilage that can tear, the tendons such as the FCU can have tendonitis, bones can be arthritic in the DRUJ and the pisiform. The ulnar nerve or artery can be affected as well. If it persists consult a hand surgeon who can examine your wrist and take x-rays or do more extensive imaging or tests
