Difficult to guess: It's difficult to guess what the round lump in your 2 week old baby's tummy might be without being able to examine her. I'm assuming she has no other symptoms. While it may be that she has a ventral hernia, only her pediatrician would really be able to diagnose it. She should have a 2 week exam, and at that visit her doctor can give you more information about whether it's serious or not.
