Hard to say: If you are male, the typical growth spurt is between 13-16. If there are other males in the family that continue their height growth after 18, you may as well. There is nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller. It's mainly genetics. Just work on being healthy- good nutrition, good exercise, and healthy habits.

You could check: Any further height would depend on having open growth centers in your long bones.A single x-ray of your wrist/hand can be examined for open growth centers. If they have closed, like they do for most males by 18, you are done. If open, you might grow more. If you have grown lees than an inch in the past yr you are likely near the end of your growth.
